Find a quiet space with limited echo. A carpeted closet works best because the clothes act as a natural sound buffer. Use a recording/voice memo app on your phone, holding the speaker close to your mouth while recording. After recording, play it back to make sure you can clearly hear each word and there are no extraneous noises (background voices, buzzing, echoes, etc.). Once you are satisfied with the recording, upload the audio file to this form.
